Wow! This all I want from a natural wine. Smells like a mix of roses and nail polish. In terms of taste, The initial acidity brings freshness, then there's fruitiness, although I can't really pinpoint the actual fruits that pop up. It's just tasty, funky fruit juice.

My first time trying it, and I believe my expectations were too high because of the hype. I expected it to be deeper/more complex, I believe. But after an hour or so: very dry, vegetal notes, and red fruit. Still a very nice wine. The waiter said his 2014 was quite something... so I wish I could find that one day :)

Très bon! Perlant à l'ouverture, très fruité, framboise, prune, réglisse, léger et frais, s'ouvre à merveille par la suite, dévoilant de subtiles notes plus végétales dans un premier temps qui, débarrassé de la presque pétillance initiale, finiront par disparaître cédant place à la fraise, la réglisse, peut-être même un poil de torréfié pour une finale lactique presque céréalière, un véritable jus de fruits fermentés avec tout ce que j'adore y trouver! Super agréable à boire, autant qu'intéressant, plus approprié en été bien entendu..

Marasca,ciliegie e succo viscoso di melograno fondo di cioccolato e melanzana.Fuoco e sale ,vibrazione rettilinea controllata in leggera discesa verso il centro del mondo. Buonissimo,vino da sete e da “ri”sete da abbinare a tutto e a niente. Sfrontato verso le canoniche e paradigmatiche regole vinose. Nome che sostituisce finalmente il mio intercalare Orvietano da “diocaro”a susucaro e bottiglia bellissima,trasparente che lo diventa ancor di più pochi istanti dopo aver fatto saltare il tappo. Susucaro.

Tastes like it looks. I keep thinking plum undertones when it first hits my mouth. It’s a nice lighter side true natural wine. Enjoy!
This wine was worth all the hype. Structured. Stable. SO crushable. Not funky. Just a classic natural rosé. Frankly, I don’t remember what it was like on the nose or palate, because it was in my stomach so fast, so just try it for yourself and try it again! A staple👌.
En Magnum s’il vous plaît ! Domaine des pentes de l’Etna dont la réputation n’est plus à faire, et c’est amplement mérité. Un vin « rousé » unique en son genre, véritable concentré de roche volcanique et de fruits étonnants, aussi original que son assemblage de cépages autochtones. Une bombe de fraîcheur minérale qui n’est pas sans évoquer les souvenirs laissés par certains rouges jurassiens légers, quoique - et on ne le répétera jamais assez - tellement singulier.
Juicy and fresh, plum and pomegranate notes, with a velvety and dry mouth feel. Overall amazing, and glad to have finally found this gem.

Mutique à l'ouverture ,je ne reconnais pas la cuvée. Le lendemain une fraise bien mûre viendra titiller mes papilles de manière trop fugace.Une finale métallique et un peut de souris complèteront le tableau décevant offert par cette bouteille . Frustration.
Ever popular rose from an Etna master- very funky nose but tastes a bit more tame: wild berries, floral notes and an umami after taste. Good stuff.
Recently tried this again after finding a bottle of the latest vintage in Switzerland and it was still as delightful as I remembered.
B this be like my hundredth bottle of the ish. I can't say much that hasn't been said other than I love the way this smells and I'd probably wear it.
