Un champagne au clos chargé d'histoire. Premier millésime de ce vin. Élevé en fut de cognac, Macon-chaintré et vin jaune de Ganevat. Bouche voleuse, légèrement oxydative, sur des notes de massepain. Bulle très fine et tension a son maximum. Un des meilleures champagne sur le marché. Infanticide.
