Passionate as much by the vine as by the wine, we settled in 2016 on 5 hectares of vines in one piece located on the heights of Faugères. At the end of 2018 we expanded with 2.5 ha of old vines including an old Carignan almost hundred years old. In the vineyard as in the cellar we seek balance. The entire vineyard (7.5 ha) is conducted in organic and biodynamic agriculture. We do everything to preserve the soil life and promote biodiversity. For this purpose, we carry out most of the tasks by hand in order to limit the tractors that compact the soil. We leave a spontaneous grass and maintain our hedges which shelter a fauna and flora useful for our vines. In the cellar, we intervene as little as possible to obtain the right expression of the terroir. We strive to respect the grapes and treat them gently: manual harvesting, gravity harvesting, no product added except a slight sulphiting at the stake. And other exciting projects swarm in our heads: that of planting a plot of white by completing several native grape varieties, or that of planting fruit and forest trees on a plot located in the middle of our vineyards which will be a true biodiversity oasis .

Passionnés autant par la vigne que par le vin, nous nous sommes installés en 2016 sur 5 hectares de vignes d’un seul tenant situées sur les hauteurs de Faugères. Fin 2018 nous nous sommes agrandis avec 2.5 ha de vieilles vignes dont un vieux Carignan presque centenaire.
A la vigne comme à la cave nous recherchons l’équilibre.
Tout le vignoble (7.5 ha) est conduit en agriculture biologique et biodynamique. Nous faisons tout pour préserver la vie du sol et favoriser la biodiversité. Nous réalisons pour cela la plupart des tâches à la main afin de limiter les passages tracteurs qui tassent le sol. Nous laissons un enherbement spontané et entretenons nos haies qui abritent une faune et flore utile à nos vignes.
En cave, nous intervenons le moins possible afin d’obtenir la juste expression du terroir. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour respecter le raisin et le traiter tout en douceur : récolte manuelle, apport de vendange par gravité, pas d’ajout de produit sauf un léger sulfitage à la mise.
Et d’autres projets excitants fourmillent dans nos têtes : celui de planter une parcelle de blanc en complantant plusieurs cépages autochtones, ou encore celui de planter des arbres fruitiers et forestiers sur une parcelle située au milieu de nos vignes qui sera un véritable oasis à biodiversité.
