My personal most favourite wine so far. Even though I prefer bolder wines, this one is something opposite yet so delightful. Done with biodynamic methods, it looks funky and strange. The smell of sour berries then develops in strawberry candy drops and rotten roses. It tastes orgasmic as well: cranberry and red currant with a moderate acidity, very pleasant berry aftertaste and laconic tannins. I enjoy it every time I drink. Highly recommend this outstanding wine.

Biodynamic Pinot Noir from twenty-year-old vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats with 20 days maceration. On the lees for 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Unfined & unfiltered. Funky, fruity with nice acidity.

Light, fragrant, sparkling a bit
