Zinfandel - Colombia Valley - spring Ephemeral. Aromatic nose : wild strawberry, raspberry, red berries ( cherry), a bit of of secondary flavors (slight automnal aromas), slightly peppery. Some cassis aromas, and after a long aeration, a nice touch of umami/savory. Gentle and very light tannins, beautiful structure. Delicious. Perfect with a good steak or pulled pork sandwich !
