Light, juicy red nice with a chill. Reminiscent of some nicer natural French Loires
Light, chillable red. Co-ferment.
A co-ferment of 2/3 Mourvèdre and 1/3 Marsanne, finishes at just over 11%. One of two wines produced in 2016 from the vineyard previously sourced for Jambalaia Rouge. The results are promising.
