complicated, fruit and spice. Imo finish the bottle the day you open it, for me the first glasses were amazing but the rest of the bottle, drunken later, became too fruity for me after oxidation. In the future is pair with 1 (or 2) glasses with a friend over a roast chicken, or herb forward but not overpowering vegan roast equivalent. I'm hungry 😂
