Such a tiny parcel of Mencía mixed with several other red and white varieties. Very lifted and fresh, which it should be having been made completely without sulfur additions.
Single parcel Ribeira Sacra field blend, 100yr old vines and about 30% white grapes. Whole cluster ferment and barrel aged, no SO2 added. Vibrant fruit and acid, wet stone mineral backbone. Very pretty!
