Single vineyard expression of Teroldego, fermented and aged in tiñajas (clay amphorae). Elegant, delicious.
Robe d'encre! Le vin s'ouvre doucement. C'est fin et complexe. La bouche bien qu'encore un peu stricte est gourmande avec une longue finale. Avec une selle d'agneau à l'ail noir c'est superbe!
I love the harmony and energy Elisabetta finds with her anfora wines. Truly lovely.
This was one of my ”I want to try“ producers. Elisabetta Foradori is a natural wine producer from Northern Italy. Her Morei is a full-bodied red wine with mineral grain and a lot of fruit and spices. C’est montagneux. Le cépage est cousin de la Mondeuse mais ici c’est le Trentin. Titre à 12% et tire sur le noyau, la cerise, la fumée, fin de bouche légèrement astringente. C’est d’la Dolomite !-)

Authentic expression of an autochthonous grape of Northern Italy! Very very good. Black fruits on the nose with some spices and tobacco hints. Full bodied with vibrant acidity and wild tannins
Fantastic expression of what Elisabetta’s Teroldego vineyards have to offer in the Dolomite mountains. Red currant, raspberry and blueberry, but most of all this energetic acidity and freshness that only Terolego does for me.
