A blend of Chardonnay and savaging. Following a long fermentation, the wine is aged ouillé to preserve freshness and purity. The harvest is entirely done by hand, nothing added or taken away during the winemaking process, no filtration, no fining. A true expression of Jura’s terroir, vibrant, mineral, earthy.
