Natural Wine
A blend of Chardonnay and savaging. Following a long fermentation, the wine is aged ouillé to preserve freshness and purity. The harvest is entirely done by hand, nothing added or taken away during the winemaking process, no filtration, no fining. A true expression of Jura’s terroir, vibrant, mineral, earthy.
Madame dit: Nez : notes de vin cuit type xérès , de de de de noixxxxxxxxxx sèche , amande. Personnellement j’aime beaucoup peut être encore un peu trop tôt pour le boire .
