A wild and refreshing field blend – always based on Müller-Thurgau and Scheurebe, sometimes joined by Silvaner, Weißburgunder, or Riesling, depending on the vintage. Expect herbal lift, citrus zest, subtle texture and a vibrant, salty backbone. It’s a wine that feels like Kräuterlimonade in a toga – zippy, juicy, and light on its feet. Perfect for sunny days, long lunches, and any moment that calls for a bottle that disappears a little too fast. Easy to love, easy to drink. Low in alcohol, high in charm.
