Has the same apple pie yumminess of an alsace cremant, but the lack of bubbles lets a lil acidity ring out. Holla. I've had this sitting around for a while, and forgot where I bought it. So, I'm kinda guessing on price. The 9.1 let's ya know I'm a fan!
