This pet nat was made from at least ten varietals, field blend, all harvested at the same time and co-fermented. This year there seemed to be less rs than usual. Complex, bright and fresh nose. The palate is multi layered, many fruit and vegetative elements. Well balanced and very much alive with lovely and focused minerality. Precise acidity from mid-palate to the finish. Very gluggable, would pair nicely with many foods, delicious!!!
Désalterant à souhait pour accompagner une belle soirée de printemps.
Fruity; strawberry, cherry, raspberry. Looks sweet but is smooth up front with tart finish.
Viens de retrouver cette quille de la Grange tiphaine suite à une visite chez eux. Environ 2014?. Elle a pas bougé tjs pétillante fine. pris de l'amplitude et du gras j'adore surtout pour terminer une soirée d'hiver.
Great mix between 2016 and 2017. Less RS than 2016, fruitier than 2017. Strawberry on mid palate
