Fruity, slightly sweet with notes of gooseberry. On the palate it has a mix of sweetness with minerality balances with just the right amount of acidity. Very pleasant and glou. Quentin Bourse made this wine with "borrowed" grapes in 2016, when his own grapes were destroyed due to frost. Let's hope he will still make some of these collaborative wines even when his own grapes are OK.
