Very young, invigorating, lively, unfiltered chenin blanc. A bit citrussy, very fresh aromas. Piak! is the sound of smacking lips and they smack they did indeed when drinking this wine. Juicy to the max, at 12.5% it's easy to digest, an absolute joy to drink. @ Daxivin Amsterdam
Robe trouble. Bouche juteuse et acidulée aux notes d’agrumes et de fruits blancs frais. Et même en magnum, ça ne fait pas long feu.
Cabernet franc en pressurage direct donc blanc de noir Nez aromatique et fruité rappelant des chenin sucré Bouche sec et ample avec une finale avec un bel amer
Un cépage rouge en pressurage direct, voilà qui désempare ! Le nom du vin donnait un indice fort sur son goût, Piak !, ça claque en bouche, c’est frais et vif, avec une belle longueur. Ça sent les agrumes et les fleurs blanches, et c’est sacrément bon !!
