Lovely carbonic aromas of exotic spices. Mouth a bit lacking in oomph at first, but becomes harmonious with food. Delicious, though suffers, like so many, from a tendency towards carbonic sameness.
Excellent , crystal clear & pure . With a kind of pleasant bitter finish that make you want another glass Boyer is getting better and better
