Encore un peu rustique dans sa jeunesse mais vibrant et caractériel !
At first tastes like chokeberry and young shallow cherry berries. Choke berry taste disappears in the second half of the bottle.
A red wine from Saint-Aubin (Bourgogne), made with the grapes Pinot Noir and Gamay. So it has the fresh red fruit tast from the Pinot Noir with a touch of jou from the Gamay. Nice to drink fresh or on temperature. Find this in Restaurant De drie ridders

Attention, vin dangereux. Un délicieux jus de fruits acidulés qui glisse tout seul mais qui ne manque ni de fond ni de classe. Ça ne devrait exister qu'en magnum.
