Overnoy orange wine..... Never seen or tasted it before. This was an extraordinary experience! Dried exotic fruit in the nose, pickled quince and lemon..... long savoury notes and amazing acid on the palate..... properly one of the best balanced orange wines I’ve had!
Avec des chapeaux de lépiote panés et quelques légumes racines : accord parfait pour ce breuvage divinement bon ! We are in heaven 😇
Un vin typique de la Maison overnoy, avec une superbe acidité qui rend ce vin très frais malgré son age. Nez maderisé et mielleux, riche bouche avec une pointe de carbonique et une longue persistance.
