Sans soufre ajouté version. Still a bit shut down, but shows light red fruit, violets and spices. No perceptible oak, decent acidity, with friendly puppy-dog sweetness. Should come into better balance with a few more years, but quite pretty already. Chandon de Briailles also make a sans soufre ajouté Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses that are worth seeking out.
