One year in amphora.. No filtering, no fining. It’s Grenache but it’s not easy to describe. Spicy, fruity, delicate aromas and tannins (decanted 40 minutes ish). And don’t feel the 16% of alcohol. But it will still hit you 😊 Amazing wine to me.
