For our next BAK wine lunch on Saturday November 7, we’re opening a collection of bottles from one of the Jura’s most distinctive winemakers: Jean-François Ganevat.
From sparkling wine to oxidative Jura, with two vintages of Les Grandes Teppes Vieilles Vignes side by side, it’s a chance to explore the range, character and ageing potential of Ganevat’s wines.
The line up:
Ganevat Crémant
Cuvée Florine 2014
Marguerite 2016
Les Grandes Teppes Vieilles Vignes 2009
Les Grandes Teppes Vieilles Vignes 2013
Vin Jaune 2014.
Expect mature bottles, great flavours, some beautiful surprises and, as always a great menu from the BAK kitchen.
Bring your own bottle.
Have something in your cellar that deserves to be opened? Bring it along. No corkage. The more interesting the bottle, the better.
Good food. Serious bottles. Zero pretension
