There surely must be magic in the air in Jura. What great wine this is! Complex yet fresh, saline, herbs, some sesame in the nose, mouth watering. Sharp as an arrow and clear as a mountain spring, I'm sure many winemakers would never believe this is unfiltered and without any added SO2. Bravo Adeline & Renaud!
Nice oak. Freshly opened my kinda wine. I suppose with more air not my stuff.
