We've always believed that natural wine is the perfect indicator of a place where you can find great food. Often organic, fresh, and locally sourced, prepared in-house and paired perfectly with their wine selection.
As summer approaches, we would like to share some of our favorite cities to visit and the best ways to satisfy your appetite. First up, Lisbon, Portugal.
Start your culinary adventure at Insaciável, a natural wine bar with Chef Arnaud Quinty's seasonal small plates made for sharing. The ingredients are sourced daily from the Mercado de Ribeira.

Next, head to O Jardim Sr. Lisboa for refined cuisine by Chef Pedro Oliveira and Alexandra Sarabanda. The octopus, gnocchi, sourdough bread, and fried cauliflower are must-tries on the menu.

For something new, check out The Bao Kitchen. Chef Sara Verissimo has created a mouth-watering selection of Bao Buns. They pair perfectly with natural wine.

Visit Salta for a fusion of Asian and Central American cuisine by Chef Tomaz Reis. Try the Nigiri and tacos to savor their best raw ingredients. Or even better, grab the 9-course tasting menu!
Dahlia is a casual restaurant that serves seasonal plates in a friendly environment. Chef Mauricio Varela creates an ever-evolving menu that draws on inspiration from around the world while showcasing the best local Portuguese ingredients available.

Locals & Nomads combines natural wine with Middle Eastern-inspired dishes. Be sure to try their hummus, which is made with roasted sesame seed tahini, adding spiciness and richness to the flavor!

Bom Bom Bom is a unique place that combines natural wine, food, and a record shop. Chef Cassandra Moreira creates a delicious menu from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that is constantly changing. They even have a homemade sound system and DJs every weekend.

Lisbon boasts a lively and forward-thinking natural wine scene, with some of the world's best natural wine establishments. We currently have 42 bars, restaurants and wine shops in Lisbon. It's time to go explore!
