Borderwine natural wine fair is back for it’s 7th edition in Passariano di Codroipo, Italy! This year it will take place on June 18th and 19th at the Villa Manin with over 80+ winemakers.
Established in 2016, Borderwine is a leading natural wine fair in Italy. To participate as a producer at Borderwine, the criteria remain the same: selection of soils, preservation of their biodiversity, and exclusion of any pesticides, additives, chemical or physical manipulation. Producing natural wine for Borderwine means looking towards the future of not just oenology, but agriculture as a whole, and opposing the logic that prioritizes continuous and massive production at any cost.
As per tradition, the two-day fair includes special tastings led by wine experts. On Sunday, there will be two tastings: the first is dedicated to the grape variety Malvasia, led by Paolo Tegoni, author of "Malvasia, a Mediterranean Diary." The second will focus on the wines of Denis Montanar and be conducted by Gae Saccoccio, a regular presence at Borderwine. On Monday, there will also be a tasting of French labels by Vini Volanti.
The Raisin team will also be present, so don't hesitate to stop by our stand! You can pick up a free poster, learn more about the app and have a chat with us. We are always happy to meet you and share a glass of wine.
