The Lindenlaub family has been operating vineyards in Alsace since 1759. Christophe is today the custodian of an area of more than 10 hectares which extends over the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig. In 2009, Christophe made the slightly crazy bet of spending all of his vines in organic farming. He obtained AB certification in 2012. It was then only the first step in a challenge that Christophe had promised to take up: learning to produce high quality wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. He continued his approach by deciding to devote part of his plots to the production of natural wines. It thus gave birth to the Ensō range; living wines that invite you to stop time and rediscover nature during a tasting.
