GrapeSton is a gathering of Croatian natural winemakers. The focus of GrapeSton are those winemakers who are also winegrowers. We hope to support the idea that wine is “made” first and foremost in the vineyard and that wine making is essentially a farming practice, rooted in relationship to the land and gratitude for the gifts of nature.

All participants are both winegrowers and winemakers
All grapes are grown organically, following ecological principles (not necessarily certified)
All wine is made with low or no intervention, produced by spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeast
If used, additions of SO2 must be responsible and moderate

Rector's Palace (Ston), 27 April 2024. Come hang out with natural winegrowers, try their spontaneous wines, and enjoy great local food.
