Bam 💥! Direkt after opening frech acids and a nice taste of plums mix with red gooseberries… after two days, more cherry flavor and much more body! I like !
200 year old vines, it was a privilege to drink this! Tasted younger than 200 years. Fresh, clean, thirst quenching, good depth. Grown on granite soils. And it paired very well with fried chicken!!
Delightful. Super glou glou, bright red fruit, anise, roses. Peppery.
