Flesh and saulty ! Nose fulled of sweet yellow fruit , notes of nuts , just like in Sauternes . Also a lot of dill and currant leaves . Dry and acidic palate with small bubbles and saulty taste ) You can’t stop drink it !

Named in homage to Stefano's beloved Maremma sheep dog, the Filagnotti Bianco is one of a few truly mesmerizing, single-vineyard expressions of Cortese from the estate. Aged for almost a year in acacia vats, this feels like gamma rays compressed into liquid form. Utterly delicious with a fruity and floral nose.
