This Gewürztraminer macerated for 3 weeks and rested for 8 months in acacia barrel. Nice acidity and nice sediment!
Macerated on skins three weeks, aged 8 months in wood. No temperature control, unfined, unfiltered. Spontaneously fermented Gewürztraminer, lots of citrus, smell like rose.
Best of the bests, my favorite gewurztraminer. Must try!
