Libertango is a bright and expressive white wine that celebrates the freedom of natural winemaking. Grown in the rugged Alt-Empordà region of Catalonia, this field blend of Chenin Blanc, Macabeo, Parellada, and White Grenache offers a lively interplay of citrusy freshness and gentle floral notes. Hand-destemmed grapes see a short maceration, bringing out extra aromatic depth before fermenting in traditional amphora. Six months of aging in oak barrels lend a subtle roundness to its spirited acidity. Created by Vinyes Tortuga, who live among their vines and farm holistically, Libertango captures both a sense of place and an adventurous spirit in every sip.

Růž is a bright and relaxed Moravian rosé from Milan Nestarec, made from Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. Its name simply means “pink” in Czech, and that says a lot about the wine: direct, easy to understand and made for drinking with pleasure. The wine has a short maceration, then ferments spontaneously in stainless steel and wood. It is bottled without fining or filtration, with only a very small sulphur addition. The result is a dry, fresh rosé with lively fruit, gentle rustic charm and a clean, casual feel. Served slightly chilled, Růž is a good choice for salads, vegetarian dishes, picnics or any moment when you want something light, honest and easy to share.
