Ça sent la ferme et la terre. Il y bien 13/14 degrés la dedans. Robe violette sombre. Son odeur est incroyablement différente de son goût. Je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre. Finalement en bouche, j'ai eu cassis et framboise avec une sorte d'épaisseur qui me semble toujours d'être du velour. Par ailleurs, c'est un belge établit dans le Languedoc qui réalise ce vin...
