Floral notes, honeysuckle, white pepper, lime zest, white peach, green apple, green apricot, flinty, canned pears, rhubarb, sour apples, salty in aftertaste. Medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ finish. Very good wine, well done, wonderful acidity, balancing with body and concentration of flavours, quite long finish. Lack of complexity and more longevity to mark as outstanding, though wine is really beautiful.
Light, fresh, less acidity, slight lemon zest in the end. Easy to drink. Cool it and bring it to the picnic (alternatively to the balcony...)
