Emilia Bianco SPERGLE 2021. THE FARNETO. From Spergola grapes, an autochthonous vine grown in the province of Reggio Emilia, I have recently tried a couple of wines produced with this grape and I found them interesting, but this orange version particularly impressed me. The color is a very deep golden yellow almost amber and not very clear, the nose is rich with citrus jams, quince, floral and herbaceous notes, smoky hints. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, of good length with an excellent balance. Really well done
