This sauv will benefit aeration, post it will breathe aromas of white fruit, melon, lemon and lime. Bright herbal notes, the palate is ripe, light acidity with stone fruits. Accents of clay and stone too. Wonderful!
Lemon, lime and pine on the nose, unexpected fatty mouthfeel but crisp acidity that lasts. Not too funky but definitely not traditional Loire style.
