Powerful, almost overwhelming, crazy rustic wine. High acidity and sweetnes. Clear notes of citrus, tea, wild spices. Balanced and fullbodied.

This one is very special. Rustic wine came out of 60 years old vines. Packed with energy and flavors. Opens with perfumes, spices, exotic fruits. The taste is a powerfull, rich combination of sweetnes and acidcy. Cannot be indifferent with this one.

This one still got a lot of character. 152 of maceration in amphoras in the same vineyard. Orange, grapefruit, apricot, peach, tea, honey. High acidity keeps the sweetness in balance.

Raisins, tea and citrus. Usually I prefer a regural airén fron Juan Ruis other than made in tinaja/ amphora but this vintage has it all. Perfect ballance.

Un orange tannique à base d'Airén. Fermentation spo tanée. Macération sur les peaux pendant quatre mois. Puis passage en amphores. Non clarifié. Non filtré. Brut et frais. Notes de ftuits blancs et d'herbes méditerranéennes.
