Rich balanced maceration with a belle acidity. Hot and spicy finish.
Beautiful, strong color from Sivi (Pinot Gri. The nose is matured, touch of oak with citruses. The wine is "most red" white I have ever. It had ~10days skin contact which made a beaulitful colored, slighthly tannic, rich, minerally wine I adore.
Beautiful skin contact. Citrus, caramel, touch of oak barrel didn’t spoil the acidity.

Mildly syrupy, rich strong flavors. Looks a bit more like a rose but undoubtedly orange.
