Love this wine. The nose is so balanced at the moment - green leaf, spearmint, fennel, white pepper, pear. So fresh and clean on the palate, plenty of fruit, with saline and yeasty flavours throughout. Nothing is out of proportion. It is not overly complicated nor is it really special, it just drinks really well and is so well made. Total SO2 is only 7mg/l RS 0.6 g/l alc%12
Semplicita’, bellezza e pulizia, ovvero una bottiglia in costante ed infallibile equilibrio: tra cristallo e paglia all’occhio; tra frutta gialla, sambuco, camomilla e pepe al naso; tra salinità e acidità in bocca; tra l’inizio di mandorla ed una lunga fine di pompelmo rosa. Oggi in compagnia di una pasta lunga yogurt, limone, grana e pepe (grazie anni 80) e di “Won” di As Friends Rust (grazie e basta)

ITA "Masieri Bianco" de La Biancara è un vino bianco del vicentino ottenuto da un assemblaggio di Garganega e Trebbiano. La vinificazione e l'affinamento in acciaio permette di conservare il volto giovane e fragrante del frutto. Note fresche di frutta bianca, agrumi succosi, cenni di erbe aromatiche e accenti minerali arricchiscono un corpo di media struttura, equilibrato e scorrevole, di intensa freschezza minerale. ENG "Masieri Bianco" by La Biancara is a white wine from the Vicenza area obtained from an assembly of Garganega and Trebbiano. Vinification and aging in steel allows to preserve the young and fragrant profile of the fruit. Fresh notes of white fruit, juicy citrus, hints of aromatic herbs and mineral accents enrich a balanced, flowing body of medium structure with intense mineral freshness.
