A rich nose, inviting to stop everything around you and to just keep sniffing. Is that the smell of lemon? Sure. But then the ripe biodynamic one, from Sicily for example. Pure juice. Unfiltered giving extra structured mouthfeel. Very nice acidity, freshness. Slight hint of mousiness is there, but we’re confident that this will be gone from this summer on (‘18). And then: years of joy to follow.
Very juicy, very slightly oxidative, slightly volatile, full bodied fruity powerful white. Not as blossomy as you would perhaps expect given it's 70% viognier. Great minerality, impressive length. The slight volatility is great, makes my mouth water. Bottle finished in a jiffy! :) @daxivin Amsterdam
Frais et bon! Grosse palette aromatique et une très belle longueur. A priori fragile car il s’oxyde rapidement après ouverture: le jeu en vaut largement la chandelle néanmoins!
