Sympathique taverne, sur les hauteurs d'El Escorial. Plats authentiques et produits locaux. Service impeccable et décontracté. La maison propose un excellent blanc naturel local: l'Albillo Real de la vigneronne Isabel Galindo, pionnière du renouveau de la Grenache dans la Sierra de Gredos.
