Biodynamically cultivated vineyard, a wine without oenological additives. Rich with condensed body and a complicated bouquet of dried fruits, orange peel and honey
A full gastronomic wine
Woody, bitter orange, grapefruit, tannins, raw
Very adventurous orange. In the beginning it took some time to settle down due to some arid components but once the air made the wine acclimated, the aromatic character was great: mineral, fruity, zesty with hints of orange fruit, dried apricot, candied lemon, grapefruit, some saline components that reminded me of salmiak. Great value for money.
caramel, apricot, orange blossom on the nose and a slightly peppery, bright peach on the palate 💛
