Jul 2019Désolé de rompre l’adage, mais un plat de veau à 26€ pour manger du sel .... dommage une belle carte de vin. Demander vos plat sans sel!
Jan 2019Moved across the street with more space. Great lunch menu and excellent selection of Alsace wines for a Paris restau. . Lunch at Sauvage up on rue du Cherche-Midi, PAHREE. On the list, on the shelves, in the cellar, in the bottle, in the glass. Big Alsace turnover from Rietsch, Riss, Geschickt, Schueller, Ginglinger. Food was delicious served on gorgeous plates from @jars.ceramistes - Big Alsace appréciation base in the clientele at Sauvage. Feb 2018Tres belle adresse dans ce quartier : beaux produits, belles preparations inspirees, belles cuissons, tres beaux vins au droit de bouchon. .. et prix raisonnables pour cette qualité.
May 2017On aimerait pousser les murs et discuter avec le taulier et les presses livres jusqu'au bout de la nuit, histoire de tout connaître sur leurs vins... j'adore et si je m'écoutais j'y serais tous les soirs !!!
