The Carroget family has a long line of winegrowers, which did not prevent Agnès & Jacques from training in other vineyards, in particular a few years spent in the country of Tokaj (in Hungary). Their return to the Paonnerie is done simply by opting for an organic approach not only to the vine but also more generally in the production of wine until its packaging. Of course Organic (conversion in 1997), Biodynamics, aromatherapy, isotherapy, sewage. A dozen sheep from Ouessant provide weeding during the winter. Bird perches have been set up around the vines for blue tits and great tits to destroy cluster worms (cochylis and eudemis which are pest butterflies).
