Amazing “machin” (a “thingy” in french) made by Pablo Cremers (Winemakers of the Copainrative de la Dyle, Wavre, Belgium). It’s grapes of Alicante Nera from the vineyards of Olivier Paul-Morandini (Fuori Mondo, Tuscany) fermented in Wavre BE, then blent with 20% natural cider from walloon apples. The result is a Ovniticole (a Wine-UFO) of light red robe, apple, yeast, red berries nose, red fruits and lemon touch in the mouth, fresh mouth and elegant finish. 600 bottles made. Available in the bests wine bars of the country.
Des trompettes avec une omelette baveuse, de la coppa de petits cochons noirs gavés de glands et de chataignes, un morceau de brebis, des noix, du vrai pain... simple. Prévoir quelques boureilles ...:-)
