Publiek is an atypical Michelin-starred restaurant. Cosiness and conviviality are at the heart of this loft-like bistro. There is even a tap at the bar! You won't find luxury products here. Olly Ceulenaere makes vedettes from vegetables and lesser-known ingredients. His preparations are rather simple but oh so well-considered. We work with a fixed menu. Lunch: 3, 4 or 5 courses Dinner: 5, 6 or 7 courses On friday evening and saturday evening we only serve 6 or 7 courses.

Qualité des aliments et des recettes sont excellentes. Menu unique 5 servuce avec deux plats en plus optionnels. Prix entre 80 et 105 euro pp sans vin donc cher mais très bon. Le vin est trop cher mais nature. Je conseille de prendre une bouteille car ils restent très prudent au verre pour accomoder le plus grand nombre.
