Da vigne di 30 anni breve macerazione in acciaio per 24 ore . Fermentazione spontanea , affinamento in acciaio per 6 mesi , 1 mese in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione . Circa 6000 bottiglie prodotte l’anno. Vino che brilla di un suo giallo raggiante. Fiori , meloni e capperi al naso , ma è il sottofondo iodato a caratterizzarne la scena in bocca . Soffice e polposo con un finale sfacciatamente salmastro . Vino Mediteranneo .
