Très bon en milieu de dégustation mais n’a pas tenu la longueur malheureusement !
Tout en finesse A attendre.
A robust deep red wine - heavy in the sense that it had a deep spice and yes I can see also a minerality that brightens it almost in a an aromatic way, but by taste. I see people describe it as eucalyptus but it’s not quite that to me, but agree in its sense of being deep, spicy and “clean” at the same time?
Fresh, vegetal, fruity, earthy Bell pepper, strawberry, vanilla, iron Juicy and rounded palate
Cerise, baie rouge et noir, et léger !!!
