Strong character white wine with high acidity and minerality and high complexity on mouth and nose, citrus and tropical fruits, tabacco smoke mushrooms wet stones, trunk. Foot pressed in granite stone press, wild fermented and matured in amphora in the winerys yard. Unfiltered, unfined, low sulphites.
