🍷 The Best Reviews Shared on Raisin in May
Every month, members of the Raisin community share their experiences at the places they visit.
These reviews help bring Raisin to life: they guide others towards great places and directly support the people who run them with passion.
Here is our May selection.
Dialetti - Naples, Campania, Italy
“What can I say? The ‘Gustazione senza De’ format is incredible. I joined the latest event at Dialetti and absolutely loved it. Forget the usual wine tastings where someone tells you about forest floor aromas and leaves it at that. Here, you literally sit down at the table with the winemaker. A unique sense of conviviality appears immediately, like sharing dinner with old friends. We talked, laughed and, most importantly, stepped into the producer’s world: their choices, their story and what it really means to follow the rhythms of nature.”

La Ferme du Domaine Le Temps Retrouvé - Céret, Occitania, France
“At the end of a forest track, we found time again. Time to admire and smell a resilient, baroque vegetable garden. Time to talk with a welcoming family whose laughter never seemed to stop. Time to sit at a beautiful table set within a surprisingly elegant setting made from reclaimed materials. And time to discover the countless flavours and unexpected textures imagined by Raphaël. Our cheeks are probably still sore from smiling. Of course, the natural wines, made without additives, were there to surprise our taste buds too.”

Glamping Peku Peku - Guglionesi, Molise, Italy
“Sleeping in a yurt and waking up completely surrounded by nature was a fantastic experience. Erika and Remo welcomed us with enthusiasm and shared their passion through unique and delicious dishes, all paired with natural wines from producers they know personally. We also spent time together learning about their project and the Molise region itself. We left a piece of our heart there and will definitely return.”

Poison - Paris, France
“What a discovery! We walked in at aperitif time and immediately loved the atmosphere. Clémence with her big smile, Christophe with his great recommendations… We started with a glass of wine at the bar, then ordered a few plates and wow: miso vinaigrette leeks, sea bream carpaccio with peas and finger lime, shredded ray… Then the evening carried on with a few more bottles and a perfect 80s playlist. We toasted with locals, regulars and travellers alike. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. I’ll be back very soon.”

Mas el Mir - Ripoll, Catalonia, Spain
“A charming old stone house set in the middle of the mountains, with breathtaking views of hills and forests in every direction. Add some wonderful dogs, comfortable rooms, delicious food and natural wines carefully chosen by Eva, and you have a little piece of heaven. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. First visit, definitely not the last.”

Gudin - Split, Croatia
“What a vibe! Another fantastic natural wine spot, but with a completely different atmosphere: more like a stylish food market packed with raw energy and character. The food was outstanding, fresh, creative and full of flavour. The service was both relaxed and highly professional. Exactly the kind of place where you instantly feel good and want to stay all evening.”
