Depending on the region and country, this year’s grape harvest will be experienced differently. The frost, diseases, and bad weather affecting some areas make farming difficult, sometimes impossible. We are very much aware of this situation, and our heart goes out to those affected by these risks and those going through these challenging times. We are thinking of you. The climate calls us to act, and it is time to do more than sit back and watch.

However, thankfully, some winemakers have been spared and might have some grapes to sell. This might be interesting for other winemakers who have lost a large part of their production and are looking for grapes to make wine. To remedy this situation, we have decided to act as a go-between.

The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The vines are certified Organic, the soils are little or not worked, everything is done mainly by hand and we work ourselves with natural winemaking, and produce 15,000 bottles. 
Grapes can be sold as standing or harvested. The “standing” price is less expensive, as we don't have to pay for the harvesters. 
Quantities are estimated today, but are variable according to the weather. 
The tonnage is divisible between several buyers. There's no obligation to buy 10 tonnes of Merlot!
Ideally, we'd like to establish a long-term collaboration, but everyone is welcome in our region.

The vineyards are located on the clay-limestone slopes of the Gaillac appellation, at an average altitude of 220 m. They have been cultivated organically since the domaine was created in 2016, using gentle pruning and alternating green and organic manures.
Grape Variety(ies):
Organic grapes since 2019: 1.2ha of Syrah - 1ha of Fer Servadou - 0.5ha of Duras. Yields are between 35 and 40 hl/ha.
Grapes in their 2nd year of conversion: 2ha of Merlot - 1.2ha of Loin de l'Oeil. Yields between 50 and 60 hl/ha.
